Delivery rules

Conditions for receiving goods upon delivery.

1. Date and time.

Delivery date:

  • When buying in LEGRAND retail stores, the delivery date is indicated in the document "Order for delivery";
  • When buying in the online store, the delivery date will be indicated in your account, as well as in SMS notification

Delivery is carried out within a day. The courier calls on the specified in the application room 1 hour before arrival.

In case of your absence at the address, at the appointed time, the courier expects no more than 15 minutes, after which it leaves a delivery notice.

For re-delivery, you need to re-register and pay for it.

2. To whom the goods will be delivered:
  • When purchasing from LEGRAND retail stores, the person who provides the cash register and/or sales receipt with payment stamp.
  • When ordering goods from the online store of the company or partners, the person who will provide SMS notification or SMS code confirming receipt of the order.
3. Where and how will they deliver?

The goods will be delivered to the address indicated by you and brought to the front door of the apartment / house, except when:

  • It will be necessary to remove the doors from the hinges in the room;
  • You will need to remove the packaging, or any parts of the product in order to reduce its overall dimensions. sizes;
  • The distance between the product and surrounding objects (parts of the room) is less than ten centimeters.

In these cases, the goods will be handed over to you at the place to which it was possible to deliver.

4. Change delivery data.

If you change the address or contact phone number after paying for the purchase, you need to contact delivery service.

Their phone number is listed on the Delivery Order document and give the order number.

5. Check the item for:
  • No visible mechanical damage;
  • Availability of all items included in the kit;
  • Availability of operating instructions;
  • The correctness of filling out the warranty card (presence of seals and compliance product labeling).

After accepting the goods and signing the accompanying documents, claims for appearance, completeness, availability of documentation are not accepted.

In case of refusal to sign the accompanying documents on receipt of the goods, the goods will be returned to the store, re-delivery is carried out after payment, except visible damage to the product. In this case, the re-delivery of the goods will be free.

6. Fill out the paperwork.

The presence of scratches, cracks, chips, dents or incompleteness of the Goods, as well as claims to work delivery services are noted by you in the accompanying document.

7. Delivery service does not include:
  • Disposal of packaging;
  • Consulting on the capabilities and characteristics of the delivered goods;
  • Setting up and installing equipment;
  • Training in the use of the delivered equipment;

Pickup

If you want to pick up the goods from the store yourself - select during the checkout process "Pickup" and specify the store from which you plan to pick up the goods.

  • By your arrival, we will prepare the documents you have chosen.
  • You can check the goods and configurations in the store.
  • Our experts will connect the equipment you bought to the 220 V network and check it performance.
